Sparx continues, under a new name

Since 9 March 2026, the business has continued under a new structure: Sparx Technology, now backed by Mertens Plastique within the same Walloon industrial group.

Same teams, same expertise, same commitment to supporting you. Nearly 50 employees are continuing the journey across our three Walloon sites: Thimister-Clermont, Fernelmont and Frasnes-lez-Anvaing.

This merger creates new synergies between plastic fabrication and industrial piping / metal fabrication: more solutions, greater performance and faster responsiveness for your projects.
